Information we process

We process seller account, listing, inventory, order, fulfillment, reporting, payment, tax, fee invoice, and related operational data only after the seller authorizes the service. We may process limited personally identifiable information where required to provide order, fulfillment, customer communication, or reporting workflows.

Purpose of use

Amazon Information is used to provide seller-facing operational tools, reporting, reconciliation, analytics, and workflow automation selected by the seller. We do not sell Amazon Information.

Retention

Personally identifiable information is retained only as needed to provide the service and is deleted within 30 days. Non-PII operational records may be retained for service continuity, audit, and accounting support, subject to customer instructions and applicable law.

Sharing

We do not share individual seller data or combined customer data with external customers, partners, or unrelated third parties. Data may be disclosed only when required by law, by the seller's instruction, or to protect the security and integrity of the service.

Security

We use TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, role-based access control, least-privilege access, access logging, and security review procedures to protect Amazon Information.
